Chief Executive Officer

Paul Rosenberg was appointed as our Chief Executive Officer and Director of mCig, Inc. on May 23, 2013. Mr. Rosenberg has been a private investor focusing on the technology space where he has over 2 decades of experience as a software engineer specializing in complex distributed systems.

Michael Hawkins
Chief Financial Officer

On May 9, 2016, Mike Hawkins was appointed as the interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Hawkins has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior executive officer, where he recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of ICA Solutions, Inc. Mr. Hawkins has an extensive background in modular and green building technology and has served as an industry wide consultant in the building and cannabis industries. In addition, Mr. Hawkins has dealt with manufacturing, retail sales, worldwide distribution, and online internet commerce. These skill sets fit into the business expansion of the Company as it pursues various opportunities for growth in complimenting its current services.

Alex Mardikian
Chief Marketing Officer

On May 1, 2017, Alex Mardikian was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. Mr. Mardikian has  in excess of twenty years of brand marketing, manufacturing and data management, experienced in small to medium scale startups in both private and public sectors internationally.  The experience of Mr. Mardikian goes from owning and operating various successful companies, startups small to mid-sized, based in design, digital innovation and trends with operations and offices based in multiple continents.  He offers an intrinsic role and proven strength in what is known as Guerrilla Marketing today.   Mardikian’s expertise extends into customer loyalty and retention, data mining, aggregation, rewards/deals/incentives platforms, geo-temporal systems, credit card processing theory, merchant services, and program information design.   His education is in Mechanical Engineering specific to Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology.

Maurice Arcadier

Maurice Arcadier graduated from the University of Florida with honors and received a JD/MBA joint degree in 1997. Mr. Arcadier also received an International Law degree from Tulane/La Sorbonnein 1995, and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics in 1994. After graduation, Maurice joined Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture. During his two year tenure there, he was part of a legal risk management team, providing legal risk management services for Fortune 500 employers. Employers included Citgo, Republic Industries, Motorola, Telco, Teleglobe, and Excel.
